Just recently I had purchased a used $30 flanger from GC
They took $100+ out of our account and never sent my flange.
They have NOT and will NOT give our money back.
If thats not UNPROFESSIONAL they tried to auction off the guitar I bought from them, and we had to tell them my dads a cop before they would send it.

I gave my money to my dad to place on his card, that way he could use that same card to pay for the product.
Once they started stealing money, my father told them he is a police officer and deals with identity theft ALL THE TIME!
So I did not resort to my dad handling the situation, it was unavoidable.
